I love how much information I was given.
I felt like the room had too many charts in it, more like a doctors office. The tissue that was laid over the headrest kept getting in my mouth. It also needed to be adjusted more until we could find a comfortable position. I loved the results of the session. I felt happier and relaxed for about 2 1/2 days. The type of message administered was perfect for me. It was very gentle which is best for me for now. As I continue to improve then I may be comfortable with other techniques. I was informed about a technique that was considered more beneficial but I am not ready for that yet. I felt a little pressured to move into that quickly.
