My first experience with SET was yesterday, I enjoyed all the body work, I could feel releases from the cranial massage and the deep tissue massage on the legs was awesome. Louise was informative and easy to chat with, the room has a good vibe, a little chilly but that's an easy fix. I did have an emotional release yesterday which is good. Today my body feels good and I am wanting to nurture myself today. I would definitely recommend. I am looking forward to the journey.

Transformative holistic approach to body alignment. Never before have I felt my muscular-skeletal and fascia structures is such harmony. It's like I lived under my skin wrinkled on multiple layers and it showed up in my gait, posture and core weakness. Since working with Louise, I am literally planted in my entire frame more securely, my movements are more fluid and I have way more energy that before. Louise a Picasso in this their field of structural energy therapy!

If it weren't for the SET work, I'd either be walking around in a brace (or not walking at all) or would have been convinced to have my ankle fused by one of the 5 orthopedic surgeons who told me it wasn't if, but when I would need surgery.
And it's not just my ankle. My hip rotation has cause many problems elsewhere. Louise looks at my body and knows precisely what's going on.
