She specializes in a combination of Deep Tissue and Swedish massage customized to accommodate your needs.
 
She truly believes in the benefits of massage and that massage can have a positive effect on your daily life. She is very passionate about her work and her mission as a licensed professional is to help you live your life fully, directly or indirectly by the power of touch.
 
Her trained techniques are based on relaxation and self healing. Using touch, sound and scent she allows for the body to begin correcting itself from the nervous system and muscular system for better alignment and blood flow leaving you feeling good about yourself both mentally and physically.
 
Originally from the northeastern Japan, Mika has lived in different places around the world and within the United States. Experienced in working with people of all ages and abilities, she truly cares about your recovery and holistic health.
