I started monthly massage sessions with Christy about three years ago due to chronic back pain. Over the course of the first year and a half the consistency of my pain decreased. Recently, a combination of Christy's skill and other body strengthening routines outside of massage has helped me completely manage my pain. It's been a long journey for me and Christy's expertise has been invaluable through it all. She is always willing to listen and talk through my experiences problem solving my pain, her support and empathy has made this journey feel attainable. I am so grateful for Christy!!

Best massage in the area! Christina uses hot stones which are incorporated throughout the massage. She also does a great deep tissue massage which many massage therapists don’t seem to do well in my opinion. Definitely recommend Christina for your next massage.

I had leg pain that persisted for over a year and after one visit to handprints it was eliminated. I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and the over concern for the clients health. She is also flexible and understanding. I was scheduled for a 90 min session but overslept and she still allowed me to come for a 60 min session. I left her studio feeling amazing!

I really like the integration of the thai yoga massage/stretching I was skeptical at first of the use of stones. As the only massage I ever had using hot stones was not a good one. However, they were used as an adjunct with hand massage. It was great!
