From the very first time I had a massage I was mesmerized and knew that I had found something that would change my life eventually. Touch is such an important thing .It's important to our bodies ,mind, and souls.I have created my own blend of relaxation and pain relief techniques thru 7 years of being a licensed massage therapist.I have a medi-cupping machine, hot stones and a variety of massage and fascial tools to help me help clients find pain relief,improve sleep,and help ease anxiety and depression.

Tiffany is AMAZING! I actually followed her from a previous Spa that she worked for. I was the “I want a relaxing massage”. She listened to my body and gave me what I needed. As it isn’t what I would call a relaxing massage, I feel SO much better every time I see her. Her hours are flexible and with my work schedule I truly appreciate that as well. HIGHLY recommend!!
