I was introduced to massage therapy as a collegiate athlete in Track & Field. I was impressed with the benefits of decreasing recovery time and increasing performance. After completing my bachelors degree at MidAmerica Nazarene University in Sports Management, I continued my education in Massage Therapy at BMSI Institute. During my years of service in massage I continued my interest and focus on Wellness. I attended YogaMedCo trainings in Integrative Health Coaching and Yoga Teacher Training. I look forward to using my experience and education to best serve your needs and achieve better quality of life.

Her room was relaxing, temperature perfect, and most of all very clean. This was the first time I’d been to her practice...I first met Stephanie when our employer provided chair massages onsite...and those were excellent as well! The atmosphere was relaxed and she had more than the typical spa noise in the background. It is located in a small gym, and her having background in track and field is of note to those that are athletes. She knew how to find tense areas I did not know about. Overall, very talented!
