COVID 19 GUIDELINES: Masks are required for face-up portions of a massage, which is about 15 minutes of an hour session. (Face-down portions use a pillowcase below the headrest so that you do not need the mask.)
I use a variety of techniques to help you relax and let go of stress. Reflexology, Bio-Touch, and Massage, combined with the sound therapy of tuning forks, and simple emotional release can bring about therapeutic change.
Traditional Swedish Massage
A classic one-hour head to toe massage that can be customized to focus more time on areas of need. Essential oils can be added for maximum benefit.
30 min. $45, 45 min. $55
60 min. $65, 90 min. $90
Reflexology
This ancient technique involves applying pressure to points on the feet, hands, or ears. It is believed to benefit the entire system, due to the reflex action that connects to other parts of the body. Many are surprised at how relaxing it is! 30 min. $45 60 min. $65
Raindrop Therapy
A specific sequence of essential oils are applied along the spine and reflex points on the feet, with a goal of eliminating viruses, improving the spine, and harmonizing physical, mental, and emotional wellness. The session is rounded out with relaxing, targeted massage.
60 min. $85, 90 min. $110
Hot Stone Massage
Warm stones glide across tight muscles, melting tension and stress. The heat helps increase blood flow, and can be of particular benefit to conditions like fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis.
60 minutes $75, 90 minutes $100
Bio-Touch
Similar to acupressure, this simple technique consists of lightly touching specific points on the body to enhance the body’s natural healing ability. Can benefit a large variety of health concerns. 30 min. session $30
Jade Face Rejuvenation
For centuries Jade has been revered for its amazing characteristics. The session begins with a face reflexology and lymph drainage sequence, followed by a soothing massage with genuine Jade stones. Fine lines and imperfections may diminish from enhancement of collagen and elastin. A great boost!
45 min. session $45

What to Expect
The tuning fork is a great non-invasive healing tool. The tuning fork is struck and then applied to specific acupressure point or area of concern. It is much like acupuncture without the needles, and helps to release tension, move stagnant energy, and promote emotional balance.
A few of the things that Tuning Fork Therapy facilitates:
- Balance and homeostasis in the body
- Balancing the nervous system
- Reducing inflammation
- Opening energetic pathways, alleviating stasis and relieving pain
- Relaxing muscle tension
- Keeping stress and anxiety in balance
Tuning forks are not recommended for those with an electronic implant, due to the possibility of vibration interfering with the device.
