That monica is very skilled at removing neck and back pain. She's great and I have recommended her to a friend. However the new techniques uses for shoulder tension caused a bit of a headache this morning(the day after) but some manipulation with a theragun helped alleviate that a bit. Overall the experience was helpful.

Monica told me from the start that she wouldn't take it easy on me unless I asked, and that was the truth. This was my first massage in nearly 4 years, and Monica transformed my body from one big knot into a loose, flexible group of muscles again. If you can take the pain, I recommend you take full advantage of Monica's skills. If you can't, I have no doubt that her lighter massages will be just as delightful. I will definitely book many more sessions with Monica. She is awesome!

Not necessarily tell my friends, but I think it’s important to ask your client how the pressure is in all the areas and maybe make notes in each appointment on how the client prefers to have there message, so next time when they come in you can review the notes and reiterate what they like. This makes the massage more personal and unique to that person. Overall the massage was great
