Structural Integration Short Session 20-Min. (targeted, symptomatic relief)

(Formerly named Rolfing Short Session) 15-25 minutes in length, Structural Integration Short Sessions are targeted treatments that address specific issues. These sessions are great for getting relief from an acute flare-up or, when booked in a series, to address a specific chronic concern. Rolfing Consultation & Try Out, 40-min (determines treatment strategy- NEW ROLFING CLIENTS ONLY)

approx 40-minutes. A consultation and a short "try out" session so the client can get an idea of what Rolfing feels like and get some immediate relief from an acute flair-up. Clients should wear something comfortable that also reveals body structure & movement. Most are comfortable in underwear or gym shorts. Women usually wear bras or bikini tops. Some prefer a tank top. Loose fitting T-shirts are not preferred.

(full-time study of general and alternative medicine).
1998-02: Further study in Traditional Chinese Medicine,
specializing in acupuncture.
1999: Licensed as a naturopathic physician for Germany.
1996-02: Employed in a chiropractor's office.
2002-06: Bodywork and acupuncture, exercise classes in my own practice.
2006-07: Rolfing classes in Boulder, Colorado and Barra do Sahy, Brazil.
December 07: Certified as a Rolfer and Rolf Movement Practitioner.
September 2008: Opened Balance Massage and Structural Bodywork
