Swedish massage is the primary technique for RoseHaven sessions. The Swedish technique has varied pressure and is very relaxing.

Hot stones are always included, and depending on each client's individual needs and preferences, techniques such as deep tissue and attention to feet or facial massage are a part of the session

I am available by Appointment only. I do require pre-payment and a full 24 hour cancellation notice.

Please come in 10 minutes before your appt time to fill out an intake form.

Warm-Stone Massage

Swedish Massage ReInvented

This distinctive signature massage is relaxing and strongly therapeutic. An appropriate choice for chronic, or recent areas of pain and discomfort caused by tension or strain. A combination of customized techniques and warm and cold stone therapy work together in this session for a relaxed, restorative result. To achieve this, practitioners will use knuckles, elbows, or other tools to slowly stretch the restricted fascia, moving slowly through the layers of the fascia until the deep tissues are reached.
