About Us


Intentional bodywork releases chronic tension in muscles and restrictions in connective tissue. Each session is immediately beneficial, but improvement continues for several days after therapy. Over time, most see postural improvement and increased mobility. 


Each session is designed by the clients goals. Working together, we will reduce or eliminate pain, while increasing physical performance.
