I attended the Universal College of Healing Arts in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated in 2011.  I am trained in Swedish, deep tissue, sports, stretching, maternity, myofascial release, hot stone, warm bamboo, aromatherapy, and chair massage.  In each customized massage, I use a blend of Swedish, myofasical, and stretching techniques to work with. not against, your body to help achieve a state of relaxation and balance again.

After having twin daughters in 2014, I love working on moms-to-be and postpartum mothers! I've also worked with many clients to help them with low back and shoulder or neck pain. Combining stretches and some sports massage, can help those clients who work out or train for various sporting events.

I love working in massage therapy because I love getting my clients to feeling like themselves again without experiencing the tension and pain that many of us experience due to being overworked and over-stressed!
