About Us

Universal College of Healing Arts (UCHA), founded in 1995, has been committed to nurturing and educating the whole person. The College offers a Diploma Program both in Massage Therapy and Hellerwork. Students can continue their education at UCHA and obtain an Associates Degree.

The College maintains a Clinic opened to the community. There are reduced rates for sessions with a Student Massage Therapist. There are also Licensed Massage Therapists who have specialties in Structural Integration (Rolfing) & (Hellerwork) and Swedish massage.

One hour session with a licensed massage therapist. Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Started study at the Rolf Institute in 2005. Attended Universal College of Healing Arts (UCHA) in 2006.  Received Rolfing certification in 2007.   I currently practice massage and Rolfing at UCHA on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays with Tuesday by special appointment. Also available for mobile sessions (table massage, chair massage, or Rolfing).
I work with people to alleviate pain, gain body alignment, or just relaxation.
In addition to Swedish massage and Rolfing, I've had additional training in neural and visceral manipulation, cranio sacral, Myofascial Release (direct and indirect), and sports massage.
I've worked with athletes, people who have had joint replacement, people who have chronic pain, children...just about anyone!
If scheduling a Rolfing appointment, please mention "Rolfing" to ensure plenty of time is allowed.
