We are very excited to announce our brand new expanded location. We asked our clients what they wish they had in a massage therapy facility and we listened! This location boasts 4 oversized massage therapy and spa service rooms (plenty of room to move and change comfortably) complete with a room for couples massage. Expanded services to include medical massage, relaxation massage, cupping, couples massage, hot stones, warm bamboo massage, body wraps, body scrubs, hot towels and aromatherapy hot towels just to name a few.

Professional Massage Therapist licensed in Nebraska and Ohio as well as Nationally certified through the NCBTMB. My specialties include medical and sports massage modalities as well as pre-natal, trigger point therapy, shiatsu and cupping. I have ran hospital therapy programs and taught massage therapy in both the classroom and to student interns in clinical settings. I am currently a continuing education provider serving LMT's in the State of Nebraska and those nationally certified by the NCBTMB. I am also an avid health enthusiast and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and Weight Loss Specialist. I have developed a number of group fitness classes for the including a fitness bootcamp and belly dance fit class designed to challenge the beginner and the expert alike. I also, holds a 4th Degree Black Belt in TaeKwon-Do and is a United States Kido Federation Certified Instructor.

I am currently a Licensed Massage Therapist at Omaha Blue Waves. My focus is medical massage as well as spa services. Some of the services we have include Relaxation, Hot Stones, Cupping, Seaweed Wraps, and Body Scrubs. Massage Therapy has so many health benefits which is why I became a therapist. My goal is to have every person that visits me feel their absolute best after they leave their appointment and feel those benefits long after as well.
