First experience with a massage and it was great. Miles did a wonderful job of explaining what he was doing. Miles also gave me some stretches to complete at home to help with my tightness. I would highly recommend Miles to anyone.

Miles is very professional. He took time to ask me alot of question about my pain and where it hurt. He then employed techniques that allowed him to get to the root of the pain and helped to resolve it. I highly recommend him!
