About Us
Back to Earth is a one-woman-owned business. I, MeShell Pappas, intend to bring you back into your body by providing a safe space to heal. I am a New Jersey native who studied at Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, Maine. There I learned many modalities including a specialty of Polarity Therapy. This energy work weaves intention into each session to help balance the body‘s natural pathways. One of my many passions is travel! After graduating in Maine, I traveled to and lived on Kauai, Hawaii for two years. While living aloha and connecting with the island’s mana, I learned techniques of lomilomi. Now back on the east coast, my most recent continued education brought me up Delmar, New York to learn Ashiatsu, a massage technique where I use my feet rather than my hands for deeper work.
