My understanding of the human body grew through my professional career as a dancer.
For 28 years I received professional instruction with ballet and modern dance companies as well as touring with varies artists for dance and body movement projects.
Due to my own injuries and vigorous scheduling, it began to took a toll on my body. I sought out my own therapies and developed a passion for Healing.

I gained my education from a few accredited facilities such Swedish Institute and receiving my license with the State of New York. This allowed me to work with top pain management professionals and elite spas. I opened my own wellness studio in 2011 and since then, my goal has been to bring optimal health and wellness to all individuals.
