Sylvia has an enthusiastic approach to life and is motivated by helping and healing others wherever she goes. After graduating from the Florida School of Massage Therapy 18 years ago, she discovered her passion for aiding the body's natural ability to heal and function properly through corrective massage and bodywork. Sylvia focuses on postural analysis and soft tissue injuries while utilizing a variety of modalities including sports massage, reflexology, cupping, gua sha, reiki, and more. Believing knowledge is power, she expanded her toolbox to become a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also working on her certification as a Medical Massage Practitioner through the LMT Success group and will complete her training in July. She loves to work out with her family, paint, dance, and do anything outdoors. She believes in the importance of taking care of your body and is a big advocate for a clean, healthy, no pharmaceuticals kind of lifestyle.
