failed surgeries couldn’t fix. Only after meeting a few times with a skilled massage therapist, did the pain and

numbness disappear. From that moment forward, I decided that I wanted to help people heal from the

activities of daily life that compromised our bodies. I specialize in therapeutic massage; incorporating

different modalities to create a personalized session designed to optimize your individual results. I am trained

in many modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Prenatal/Pregnancy, Neuromuscular,

Sports, Chair and Cryo Massage. I am currently working towards Bachelors in Kinesiology, the study of body

movements/mechanics and strive for my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and certification as a Yoga Instructor.
