I am a Mind Body Coach using hands on techniques and Reiki (when needed) added with Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy® and Neuro Linguistic Programming to release Negative Emotions, Limiting Beliefs and Decisions and more. What most people don't know is that the symptoms of stress and anxiety come from your UNCONSCIOUS MIND. This can result in Limiting Beliefs or Decisions you made or were taught to you throughout your life. This results in having your unresolved Negative Emotions to be underneath the surface and have been "running the show" to this day. I am trained and skilled to work with your Unconscious Mind to resolve these for you permanently.
