I am a CA License Massage Therapist and body worker.

I practice Therapeutic Swedish Massage and deep tissue,trigger-point as well as cranial sacral,footwork/reflexology, and Reiki.

I target the places of pain or injuries and uses my hands and the box of tools to create a change.

The goal of my work is:

"to listening to what is it the body's need, and take the time to get there, to create a shift together with the client."

I value in the body's ability to heal itself if given the support and assistance it needs.

I act as a facilitator in this process and support each person in his or her process.
