I am Dharmi Mehta, Licensed Massage Therapist since 2015 and the founder of Illinois Therapeutic Massage based in Oak Brook, IL. At My Practice, I want you to enjoy a personalized wellness experience that will allow you to achieve optimum results, both inside and out.
My goal is to help my clients to experience improvement in their mobility, pain and stress relief, to radiate wellness and balance, as well as being more self-aware on every level. Dharmi is very professional, informative, and truly wants to get to the root of your pain. She was able to point out exactly where my problems are and customized a treatment plan to start. She has a very nice suite, and I felt comfortable and relaxed after my massage. I highly recommend her massages, and I am already scheduled to go back for my next appointment! Thank you Dharmi!

The $65 massage at Massage Envy and the $95 one for an hour at Illinois Therapeutic well they’re both massages but that’s like saying a Mercedes and Honda are both cars. Illinois Therapeutic is more for chronic issues and I see it as a medical necessity. You get an integrated massage - cupping with those silicone cups that circulate your blood or hot stones that give you deep therapy. From the time you enter and lay down from your massage you get the therapist put essential oils on her hands while you’re laying flat face down on the table and she has you breathe in deeply several times making you completely relaxed and your body ready for the session. After your massage she explains how you can continue to help yourself with ice or heat at home and some stretching exercises to help loosen particular problematic muscles. She then reaches out the next day to see how you’re feeling and is available by text for any questions. So yes it’s more money than another place but the value you get is much more also. And my piriformis is begun to heal after a couple sessions allowing me to get better chiropractic adjustments a day or two after as my body is much more relaxed as well as being able to get better

Professional from the moment I first spoke to Dharmi. Inquired about every detail needed to form a goal and a recovery process due to my mid,upper back and shoulder pains. Friendly and welcoming meeting for the first time, ambiance and soothing environment made everything come together. During the session Dharmi inquired and made sure comfort level was being achieved. She has been very helpful in answering any questions and concerns I have. Her techniques are amazing to get every knot and pain soothed away in moments. I was surprised as to how much more pain I was in until she carefully pinpointed each nerve point stressing. I highly recommend her services to help you better you take care of your physical health. Dharmi is the best massage therapist ever! She has the strongest hands to get out all of my knots and knows how to work out the knots that you did not even know you had. And if you have unknown knots, she will find them and work them out. She is always accommodating, professional and is able to bring relaxation to your session. She is the only therapist that I have found that can relieve the pain that I have felt in my neck for the last 6 years, I feel like a brand new person when I leave the sessions. If you want the best massage of your life, go and see my girl, Dharmi. She won’t let you down!
