I had a persistent aching pain in my right hip. Nothing I did (stretches, heat, topicals) took the pain away. Tamara worked on it during a 60-minute full-body massage. By the time the massage was over, the pain was gone & did not come back the next day after my usual activities. She applied the right amount of pressure (not too light, not deep-tissue hard) to loosen my muscles. I will be going back to her again, most definitely.
