Notable Experiences

Bodywork
Polarity Therapy and Holisic Bodywork
I have been a therapist since 1986 and have practiced meditation since 1976. I love the out doors and find peace in walking the hills and mountains of the northeast. My practice in bodywork began with the study of Chi Nei Tsang massage prior to entering massage school in Portland, Maine. I finished the three year training of massage, advanced massage, polarity, and continued my studies at another three year training in Manhattan. I took advanced courses in Washington DC and Bethesda, additional essential oil training at the an Aromatherapy School in Toronto Canada and assisted my teacher in a foundation course for one year before completing a thesis on preventing burnout with meditation. I have been in private practice since 1995 and continue to take additional courses in bodywork and study healing by listening to lectures by great healers and study their work. I have continued to obtain supervision and receive bodywork sessions frequently in order to review my skills and seek personal growth and development.
