The location was a bit odd (in a basement) but they have done a nice job creating a comfortable welcoming space.

This was my first time going to Quality of Life Massage & Wellness (not my first massage) and I was not disappointed! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was very relaxing considering the location of the business is on a busy street, I couldn’t hear any noise which I appreciated. Overall I enjoyed my first experience at Quality of Life Massage & Wellness and booked another appointment. I highly recommend them!
It was first hard to find. Once found and in a room it smelled awful. Laying on the table it smelled musty and dirty. The music sounded awful. It gave off a vibe like you were in a scary movie trapped in the woods and something bad was going to happen. It hurt so much. I hurt 10x more than before going in. I asked how much it was and he said $75 for 60 minutes and $105 for 90 minutes. That's so much more than most places and it was so painful. 4 days later and my body is still in so much pain. I could never recommend this place or ever return.

She was very nice and professional. However she must be new. I hurt 10x more after the massage than before. She continued to dig and dig. And I get that I have a lot of knots and she was trying to help. But if she was trained properly she would know you can't get them all out in one session. I literally had tears in my eyes, my body became so tense, and I was clenching my jaw. It was awful. I was in so much pain that I was about to end the session early but saw there was only a few minutes left and I didn't want to be rude to her so I grinned and bared it. As soon as it was done I tried getting out of there as soon as possible. It hurt so much to just get off the table. 4 days later and my body is still in so much pain. I could never recommend this place or ever return.

The place is nice and clean, I was several minutes late and assumed I would still get a full hour but by the time I actually started getting the massage it was only like a 40 min massage and still got charged the full amount no one ever said because I was late I would lose time I got lost finding the place and took me a few minutes to find how to get into the place and they were aware of that because I explained why I was late disappionted I didnt get a full hour and wasnt told I wouldnt be getting an hour
