Arnold Askew has more than twenty five years in bodywork and movement education.  He was on staff at the Doleys Pain and Rehab Clinic in Birmingham for eighteen years teaching movement and seeing patients individually.  He has extensive training in both manual and movement therapies and is Guild Certified in the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education.  Arnold is also Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, AL Lic. #8.  He works with a variety of clients and athletes helping them find their maximum level of function, flexibility and comfort. 

Before moving to Tuscaloosa in 2010 Arnold was part owner and senior instructor at Red Mountain Institute for the Healing Arts.  He is a past member of the Alabama Board of Massage Therapy and a founding member of the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards.
