My mission is to help people live with more comfort and ease in their bodies and with relief of chronic and acute pain and stress.

I specialize in therapeutic massage, restorative massage and oncology massage.  Since every person’s experiences, perceptions and needs are unique, I provide an integrated massage using a variety of modalities and techniques to facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal itself and soothe the nervous system.

My goal is to provide a therapeutic experience where my clients can unwind physically, mentally, and emotionally.  Whether you need recovery and restoration from training, to reduce everyday muscle aches and pains, to improve range of motion and ease tension, or to simply work on relaxation, I will work with you to come up with a treatment plan that best fits your needs.
