I feel so much better after the massage than before. I work out regularly and my muscles tend to get 'knotted-up'. Kathy has the skills and knowledge to alleviate those problems and make me feel noticeably better. It's a good long term plan for me.

Kathlyn was very professional, and interested in knowing about my physical issues. She provided a very relaxing, thorough massage and allowed me some relief from my back discomfort. She checked in with me regarding the pressure during the massage, which was nice. She was excellent.

I had been having a fairly debilitating lower back pain for almost 2 weeks when I saw Kathlyn. She dug right in, found the cause and massaged it out! I loved the massage and I could tell that she was really attacking the root cause of my pain the whole time. While I didn't really feel immediate return to relative normalcy, by the next morning, there was a significant shift in my mobility and pain levels. I was so happy, because nothing else had helped until thay point. Now I'm going back for a second round and very hopeful that my back will be fixed in no time. Thank you, Kathlyn!

I go to Elements Massage ~1 a month and the quality of my massage with Kathlyn was as good (if not better) than my favorite massage person at Elements.
