She attended Wilkes Community College where she completed the Therapeutic Massage Program and Associate in Science Degree.

Kristen uses flowing techniques with varying pressures, custom tailored to your specific need. Her specialties include lower back, neck, and shoulder muscle tension relief. She provides Kinesiology Taping for neuromyofascial issues in various areas.

I thought I had been given a massage before but I was wrong! Kristen is absolutely wonderful...the room is quiet and calming ..music is perfect..the whole experience was amazing and I can't wait to make a return visit! Highly recommend and I am giving a gift certificate as a gift for a weary mother of the groom...she can use the great relaxation!
