The above words couldn't be more true for my passion and calling in life ... Massage Therapy. For me, the healing power of Massage/Bodywork is one of the most incredible gifts one person can give to another.

For those looking to unwind from anxiety, stress or a hectic work/life balance,  I also offer Stress/Relief relaxation (Swedish) Massage.

To be trusted and given the opportunity to make a positive difference in my client's health, well-being and life every time I work with them is both humbling and extremely gratifying ... and I consider myself very fortunate to be able to do just that.

Trained at the New York Institute in Williamsville, NY, I am a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist             (lic. # 028370) ... and also have my Massage Therapy Certification through the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.

A passion for helping my clients realize as pain free a life as possible drives me to acquire the best Bodywork techniques and approaches I can find.  To that end, I have invested over 240 hours of training in continuing education & advanced technique courses since October, 2014,

I will continue seeking out the best in additional approaches that deliver optimal wellness and health for my clients.
