For true healing, it takes patience and effort from everyone involved. Bodywork clients range from those in pain and can barely walk, to athletes that want to improve their mobility and personal bests. Bodywork Specialties include "profound tissue work", IASTM: Cupping+Gua Sha/Scraping, MyoFascial Stretching, and Structural balancing. Dr. Celeste also enjoys Facial cupping, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, and Aromatherapy massage. Each year Dr. Celeste adds a new certification/specialty to get the best services for her clients!
Naturopathic Specialties include Dietary guidance, keto coaching, Body composition coaching, metabolic optimization, Exercise, Stress management, Gastro-Intestinal disorders, Lifestyle management, Functional medicine, Hormonal balancing, Sleep optimization, Fatigue management, chronic diseases, and many other issues where you may not be finding relief from another physician or lab.
At the Lincoln location, Dr. Celeste also offers the new and safest way to permanently rid yourself of stubborn fat with the Ultrasound/Radiofrequency Fat Cavitation procedure that is non-surgical with no down time and instant results over the course of 1-12 sessions. Sessions are 30-45 minutes long and are best when weekly over the course of 1-3 months but can also be used as many times as needed to achieve your optimal body shape.
There are a few helpful testing options as well including: Food allergy testing, Metabolic testing, Adrenal testing, and other recommended functional labs.
Dr. Celeste is also available for group detox classes, lectures, presentations. Topics may include wellness, fitness, diet, stress management, etc.

She always assesses where you are and your specific concerns at the start of each session and adjusts her attention accordingly. During the session she constantly assesses through her hands on work what is needed and where and applies different techniques to maximize results. For any athlete, particularly an aging one(!), Celeste's clinical massages are an absolute must. This is not a spa massage ... You come out relaxed, but that's not the point of it. Celeste is a healer. And her massages are a critical component of my exercise/wellness routine. Love this therapeutic massage with cupping. Atmosphere is nice but if you're looking for deep relaxation and quiet , keep in mind there's a gym right next to it. If you're a serious athlete or take your health seriously overall this place is for you though. Celeste has helped my shoulder and IT tightness since I workout 4-5 x a week.

To be honest - i would hesitate to recommend her to anyone who has not been to a natropathaic doctor before - they have doubts as is with holistic ways and are use to visiting doctors in a professional setting. I've been to many therapists over the last 10 years and my opinion is Dr. Celeste Ruland is one of the best at her profession. Highly skilled in massage therapy and offers many home remedy's to assist in your continued therapy. The location is difficult to navigate and she is still updating her space so the location is not optimal but I would go out of my way to have her as my therapist if you can as she has helped me live a normal life due to her modern techniques and advice.
