Nicole started her journey as a massage therapist at Seacoast Career School in Manchester New Hampshire where she studied a range of clinically focused massage therapy techniques. Since graduating in October of 2013, she has set out to help people manage and overcome chronic pain caused by muscular imbalances. Nicole moved to Rhode Island in the spring of 2016 to further her education and knowledge of manual therapy by completing the physical therapy assisting program at CCRI.  She is now a licensed and practicing PTA, and believes her experience in the world of physical therapy has enhanced her ability to provide the highest quality, clinically focused therapeutic massage.  She utilizes a variety of massage modalities such as neuromuscular, myofascial, deep tissue, and active/passive release mixed with stretching to promote improved posture, range of motion, and relief from pain and stress.
