I have been a Massage Therapist since 2006, specializing in pain managemenet and helping clients achieve their goals in self care. I have worked in both a clinical setting as well as a Massage Center setting and adjust all massages based on the needs of the client. I specialize in Pain Management, Injury recovery, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Prenatal, Sports Recovery, and Stretching. In addition to my private massage therpay practice, I also am an instructor at Cental Oklahoma College where I teach students the different modalities in Massage Therapy.

So relaxing, I needed special attention to my rhomboids that I didn’t mention, and she was able to feel that it was needed and work on them. I was having a burning pain in my neck and shoulders and found immediate relief. I went to my dance class afterwards and was so relaxed I could barely focus, but I was able to dance without pain or discomfort! 🥰
