Laura was very personable. Sometimes massaged harder than what I prefer. I did not say anything because I wanted to see how I felt later in the day and the next day. I had the chance to speak up and chose not to. Laura did tell me to tell her at anytime if I needed anything.

It was quick and easy to make an appointment and everything about Zen was very clean and orderly. My one and only suggestion would be to make the parking arrangement a little bit clearer - I wasn't sure if I was to park parallel alongside the building, alongside the dividing line between Zen and the business next door, at an angle, etc. Otherwise, no complaints!
