I paid more for CBD, reflexology and heated bamboo and a 90 minute massage. The technician was late so we started 15 mins late and we ended 10 minutes early. In addition, I neither received the heated bamboo nor the reflexology and he said that by running his knuckles up and down my feet he did the reflexology. When I asked because I wasn’t sure. Ultimately, I didn’t get what I asked for, much less a relaxing experience. If I hadn’t have paid for the additions I would have still been disappointed by the experience as the technician simply dug into my muscles rather than giving me a massage. The skill was questionable at best.

I selected the therapist from the website but was rebooked with Rose. The spa is located upstairs above a hair salon. There was no signage so I had to call to find the entrance. I was running a few minutes late but was taken back to the massage room promptly. Unfortunately the massage was not what I had hoped it would be. I was asked what area I wanted to focus on (shoulders and back) but Rose treated all areas equally. I am not sure what training my therapist has but the massage was mostly rubbing the oil on versus using the appropriate pressure with fingers, nuckles, palms and forearms.

The lounge was so soft and soothing. Very welcoming and decorated with elegance!!! It was so nice to have hot tea before my massage and just prepare myself for the event!!! I loved the robe too as it was soft and the lounge as well as the message room was nice and warm. An atmosphere that was very professional but very personable too. So much attention was given to the details of the spa throughout!!! Even the foyer is decorated to make you feel at home when you first step in!!! The owners, Renee and Lineese have a warmth to them that makes you feel set apart from all the other clients!!! It was hard to leave!!! Thank you so much!!!
