Thai massage applies the use of energy Sen lines, stretching, and stimulating acupressure points to provide relaxation and long term postural changes. This treatment has been described as having yoga done to you. The recipient is fully clothed and the treatment is completed on the floor on a cotton mat. Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Linda listens to how your body is feeling and works on those areas either with a gentle touch or deep tissue. She is always asking if its to much or not enough. After a session with her I feel relaxed!

Linda Garvey gives an amazing massage! She is a really skilled Lmt. She can go from feather light touch to lobster crusher claw, depending on what work is needed. I always know I will feel incredible relief after a session with Linda! As always thank you thank you thank you!!!
