I always leave feeling much more flexible and with the upper and lower back pain gone. I like her stretching methods as i think this really helps me be able to move much more freely without my long struggle with bending. Nessa is super nice and I recommend her effective and professional services that I enjoy with her sessions. Thank you Nessa !
