As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer I am familiar, trained and experienced in assessing and implementing various types and styles of fitness programming to fit my clients needs, goals, experience and limitations. I am educated on anatomy and kinesiology so that I can safely and precisely pin point what needs to be strengthen, stretch or balanced.

Martial Arts Instructor

Having studied Martial Arts since 1998 i have since earned many ranks. 2005 I earned my first black belt in Texas Soryu Karate under Jesse Lussier in New Braunfels Tx, then later rewarded my third degree black belt in 2009. In 2007 I earned my 2nd degree black belt in American Tae Kwon Do under Brian Bryan in Tulsa OK. And most recently have earned a 3rd degree black belt in Japanese Soryu Karate under Soke Takamichi Koyasu in Elroy Tx. The study of martial arts has taught me the lethality as well as the vulnerability of the human body, and was my first introduction into manipulating it for health, wellness, awareness and self defense.

My husband sustained an elbow injury. I booked an appointment with Gabriel so he could gently massage and tape my husband…hoping for some relief. Gabriel assessed the injury was not actually in the elbow but related to a nerve impingement around the shoulder blade. Anatomy nerd, for sure! Gabriel skillfully guided me in massaging my husband’s back; and taught me how to apply kinesiology tape to the affected area. It was a revolutionary experience for both of us. I am grateful and blessed to be equipped in being a part of my husband’s healing process. Thank you for generously sharing your gifts with others.
