At the age of 13, I knew that Massage was my calling along with being a physical therapist. After long days of work, my mother use to ask me to massage her back and neck and she will fall asleep every time. I've noticed a change in her behavior both physically and mentally going to and from work. Her stress level decreased and her muscle tension reduced.  From that moment, I took things a step further and learned Sports Massage, as a student Athletic Trainer at Tennessee State University providing service for pre and post games. After college, I received my License as a Medical Massage Therapist and began working in the Spa industry.
