He’s extremely knowledgeable about what he does and shares his knowledge during the sessions. I’ve learned a lot from him. He has a great personal style and is easy to work with. He takes a personal interest in helping me improve and I’ve seen some good results since we started. I especially like the fact that he can work with me on both deep tissue message therapy and physical training together to drive long-term sustainable improvement. I came to Ken 3 weeks out from my IFBB Women Physique Competition so that I could maximize Range of Motion in posing. As well knowing my body felt like all the muscles were in Plastic wrap. Ken was so knowledgeable and one of the best massages I have had for resetting the muscles. Trained legs that night and was one of my best sessions. I will be going back in a week.

It was my very first massage and I was very happy. obviously I have nothing else to compare it too but everything was really good. if he was using too much pressure, id tell him and he'd change it to what I was comfortable with. He's been one of the only massage therapists that has helped me with my back problems that come from working in the pharmacy and dental hygiene. Absolutely fabulous massage! If you are looking for more than just someone rubbing your back, this is the place to go! He knows the body well. We actually had a 15 minute conversation before the massage about my background and what I needed out of this massage.
