First time I had such bad muscle cramp in neck that I can not even wake up from bed w/o any support. Tuyet heard my issue very precisely and throughout the session frequently checking with me about the pressure and my comfort level. She gave enough heads up everytime she try to reach deep and expect to feel pain.
She is excellent not only in spoting untold issue but also carefully explain what's happening and the areas needed most attention.
mostly I need a deep tissue type massage due to my nature of work so I would say that expect pampering massage. But with fair communication she is well versed to adjust the pressure as needed. She is the best so far I have seen for deep tissue type massage.

Nuyet has poor listening skills and failed to address ANY of my needs. She spent the first 5-7 minutes making excuses about her touch and my level of pain. I had to tell her to STOP to explain that she was hurting me and I was there to relax. She placed rocks, a heating pad, 3 rounds of wet towels, and way too much oil on my body WITHOUT asking! Lastly, she spent little time on the areas that had tension - back of neck, back of head, scapula. Instead, she focused her time on my back - she lacked technique. It felt like jus swirls up and down my back. Horrendous experience!

After a few adjustments to treat an upper back/neck issue, my chiropractor told me that I really needed a deep tissue massage to prevent my problem from coming back. As a fitness professional, I rely on my body to be in good working order. I do some training at Fyzical (Therapy & Balance Center) in the same building as Natick Crossings Massage and was referred by Dr. Cheryl Abelow, DPT. Lori had no openings for the rest of July, so I took a chance on Tuyet. She delivered! My session was yesterday. Today my upper back is sore, but the kind of sore you feel after a tough workout. My neck hasn't felt this good in almost a month! I'll be back again!

I work out 6-7 days a week and a great massage is as important as anything you can do for your body. Tuyet is awesome and she cares. She's not just filling up the hour. The price is worth a try, you won't find anyone as good and you will pay at least 50% more.
