I've had over 100 massages in my lifetime and I would easily put Mary in my top 3! she has a real understanding of the human body and what might be causing pain and discomfort and gets to the spots that actually make a difference once you're back home. I haven't felt this good in a while and I can attribute that to an hour on Mary's massage table.

Amazingly knowledgeable. Mary looked up my muscle/nerve diagnosis and knew exactly how to work on the tight muscles and pinched nerve. So relaxing and extremely "medical" as she made me feel young again by relieving the tension in my neck.

I believe each massage I give whether, myofascial/ sports, therapeutic or relaxation massage is most effective during a 60 to 90 minute period. Tania is exceptional as a professional in her field. Our reiki session was therapeutic and soothing. I suffer from a shoulder injury and after the second day, I continue to feel slight relief in my arm and shoulder where I experience intense pain daily. I also have, although only slight, additional range in the upward shoulder motion. The chakra balancing session was wonderful. I feel more focused, and although I have some things to work on, as recommended by Tania, overall I feel light and rested. I highly recommend Tania for this session - especially when experiencing imbalance. Many thanks.
