Deep Tissue Massage

Myofascial Release, Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy, Neuromuscular, Active Assisted Stretching, Thai techniques all use specific techniques to stretch and repair the connective issue between your muscles (fascia). It helps your body come back into balance and heal properly from injuries and can restore range of motion. Designed to your needs. Deep heat and aromatherapy (Doterra Essential Oils) are used as requested.

Relaxing Massage

Light, medium or deep- yet relaxing massage. As with all of my bodywork, I will employ several techniques. Aromatherapy and Heat are included if you wish. Oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

I became a Tennessee State Licensed Massage Therapist in 1997. I was a potter before that for several years and had really strong hands! I love working with people on a one on one basis to help alleviate their stress and pain. I've studied many massage modalities over my career as a full time bodyworker. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Breema, Thai, Healing Touch, Reiki, Shiatsu, Pregnancy, Active Assisted Stretching, Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy, Chinese Cupping (non fire). I draw from many of these modalities to create the most effective treatment plan for each client.
