When I used to try to meditate it would not work for me, I finally found my style of meditation and learned that just because it relaxes one person does not mean it will relax someone else. After many years of figuring out what my style was I decided to become a meditation teacher so that I could help guide others into their own way of relaxation and balance. I provide guided meditation techniques and teach the importance of being able to be mindful and learn how to relax from the inside out based on your needs and wants.
Energy work can often provide exactly what we need, that final little hand that helps us to get unstuck from where we are within our mental/emotional field. Reiki can work in many different ways, but often times will help one relax and when we relax we give our body the ability and time that it needs to heal from the inside out. Paired with massage or alone it can be an amazing experience.
Relaxation massage, therapeutic massage, trigger points, myofascial release techniques, aromatherapy massage, basic meridian understanding, reflexology, and the understanding of how the body functions and moves. This educational experience allowed a deeper understanding of massage and why it enhances our health and awareness of relaxation in the human body.

I help you to identify obstacles that stand in your way to reach the balance you need and together we come up with personal goals to help you reach the outcome. My love of holism was brought together with my experience and education in holistic health. I loved learning that through holistic practices that focus on the mind, body, and soul experience can change one's life. As a holistic health practitioner I provide education in the connections of what it means to be balanced mind, body, soul.
This degree is focused on education of the use and implementation of holistic alternative practices in nutrition, body care, personal health, by the use of herbs, essential oils, nutrition, meditation, and focus on the "whole" of a person instead of the parts and pieces that make that whole.
