I think Alana is very advanced in her Therapy Technics and Procedures. I was very impressed with her knowledge of message and muscle pain. I plan to work with her and have monthly messages to help me with my continued recovery. I'm also very interested in the new Inferred Sauna at the office.

Alana took time to ask follow up questions from my I put sheet and explain why she was asking them. She also did a great job of working out my areas of tension and then exp,aided how a follow up visit would help continue to work out those areas of issue. Followed up with a prompt and professional email next day to see how I was feeling after the massage. Nice touch.
