I got a little more pressure than I thought. I was more sensitive to my trigger spots since I had been to Phy Therapy the previous week. Next time I will get the medium pressure and compare the feel.

First time in a very long time that I allowed myself to pamper myself. It was defiantly worth it. Jennifer is amazing! I was a little late on my first visit with her but she still gave me my full hour. I was having terrible headaches due to very tight neck and upper back muscles. She pinpointed exactly where my tension was and worked on that. I felt much better. I wanted to go back again to have her work on it a little more. She was able to work me in even though she had a pretty tight schedule that day. Jennifer is very patient, caring and skilled. I would recommend her to anyone! She is amazing!
