I'm on a mission to bring as much kindness and compassionate into my circle as possible, and that includes you! Ten years ago, my life was redirected by a sudden cardiovascular event that left me with visual deficit— a moment that became less of an ending and more of a divine turning. From selling and managing properties to facilitating healing, my life was gently redirected onto a path I never expected but was always meant for. It opened the doorway to my life healing journey, where God began restoring what I didn’t yet know needed mending.
I am a bodywork practitioner and proud U.S. Navy Veteran specializing in CranioSacral Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage, somatic and trauma‑informed bodywork, reflexology, traditional Chinese cupping and GuaSha. I also hold a Washington State IntraOral Massage Endorsement, allowing me to offer therapeutic mouth-work for TMJ dysfunction, migraines, and other tension patterns that originate deep within the cranial and fascia system.
My work centers on supporting the nervous system—helping the body release stored stress, unwind old patterns, and return to a state where healing can unfold naturally and safely. Through gentle, intuitive touch, I listen to the body’s rhythms and its stories, creating a space where fascia can soften, the mind can settle, and the whole person can breathe again.
As a Certified Death Midwife, I provide compassionate presence and guidance for individuals and families during the end‑of‑life process. This work is quiet, sacred, and deeply honoring—holding space with dignity, calm, and respect during one of life’s most meaningful transitions.
My path as a veteran, healer, and witness to the human experience has taught me that the body carries everything: our strength, our grief, our resilience, and our hope. Whether someone seeks relief, restoration, or peace, my intention is to offer work that is steady, skilled, and profoundly human.
My goal is simple: to help people feel safe in their bodies, supported in their healing, and honored in every stage of life. For this work, and for every blessing in my practice, I give God all the glory.
“He restores my soul.” — Psalm 23:3
