I graduated at the top of my class from Miller-Motte College located in Cary, North Carolina in 2014. I started right away at Massage Envy in Brier Creek, Raleigh, NC. I learned so many more techniques to help my clients relax, recover from injuries and ease their muscle pain.

I continue to take continuing education to learn more ways to help my clients. I've taken

The number one way I learn to help my clients? Performing massage therapy! Yeah. When I was taking calculus, my professor said "Do 1,000 problems, then you'll know". The same is true with massage - "Touch 1,000 bodies and get better at helping people with each client."

I grew up in Denver, Colorado, moved to New Jersey where I met my husband and have lived in North Carolina for 20 years- we were on our way down to North Carolina when Princess Diana died. I worked as a computer programmer for the first 30 years of my working life. I wanted to "retire" and pursue a profession where I could help people and find more joy in my life.

I am a problem solver by nature. I approach the world with a curious, analytical, open, and sincere mind - with a sunny disposition. I love learning. I believe there is never enough to learn. Some of my favorite things (other than massage) include - laughing, my family, my dogs, camping (no tent camping for me), bicycling, playing guitar (mostly with my teacher), creating jewelry and enjoying nature.

Excellent massage! Sarah is a very thoughtful and thorough therapist - truly wants to help you feel better through massage. I had deep tissue and dry cupping and I feel great! I highly recommend her services.

My massage from Sarah was awesome and made me feel like a new person!

Sarah is an AMAZING massage therapist! Her expertise and skill are obvious - she is the only therapist I have been to who has been able to work the knots out of my trouble spots in one go! Both my husband and I will be seeing her again!

I absolutely love my massages with Sarah. This was my 3rd time and I will be following wherever she goes, as long as she will have me! I had the cupping techniques done the last two times and feel so, so good from it! She has magical hands and a lasting impression on my sore muscles and any compressed spots!

She was very nice.

Sarah is always very welcoming and professional. She treats the experience as more than just a massage and asks about all aspects of your current condition.

Sarah is amazing! Best therapist I've ever been to. Won't go anywhere else.

Sarah is very personable and did wonders with my tight shoulders and neck.

Sarah's massage techniques where okay, on par with a novice skill set. The ambiance is undesirable for a massage setting. I felt Sarah's request for additional compensation (Tip) after my 1st massage was inappropriate and unprofessional.

I love that Sarah really listens to what is ailing me and treats the spot(s) thoroughly. If I am able to let her know before my table time what my problems are she will be prepared to tackle those areas straight away. Also, that she gives some exercises for me to continue therapies at home. I love the aromatherapy (essential oils) and that she greets me with a cup of water after our session.
