I am a graduate of the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy and
have seen first hand how regular bodywork can create a fundamental positive
shift in one’s health and quality of life.

I work with each of my clients to individually tailor sessions that bring body and
mind into balance. I have been a student of the human energy system and
energy healing for 14 years. I was originally schooled in Pranic Energy Healing in
2000 and received my Level 3 Reiki Certification in 2009.

I began studying meditation 13 years ago, began practicing Hatha yoga in 2009
and completed my 200 Hour teacher training in 2012. My passion for sharing
yoga with others comes from the knowledge that yoga has the potential to
transform us from the inside out. By creating a union between mind, body and
breath, yoga establishes the welcoming path that leads us home to ourselves.

I am an Adjunct Professor in the Carteret Community College Massage Therapy program,
and the President of Seven Stories Theatre Company, Inc, a theatre education and social
justice organization celebrating 10 years.

I feel truly blessed to be on this journey and look forward to meeting you as I
travel this path.
