The only thing I disliked is when I had 2 previous appts with you and you did not show up. This is not professionalism. You do conduct yourself professionally at the office. YOu said something about having to pick up your son from the bus. I was thinking that was probably the reason you did not show up. I understand that kids do come first in a parent's life but that would need to be communicated to your clients and let your clients know why you were not able to be there. I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

Hello Mary anne. I apologize about that inconvenience, but that's not why i didn't show up. My old software was having glitches with scheduling and sone of my appointments I could not see. Some of my other clients got moved and even canceled. Hense why im slowly moving to this program online. I'm glad you enjoyed your massage and I'll see you next month! :)
